Update: I find it interesting that they "haven't received" any of my contacts or the BBB's contacts regarding this issue, yet they always received my appointment requests with no problems at all. I reached out to them probably ten times and then filed something with the BBB, but they were ignored, as well. I've had several good experiences with this place, but they messed up my neck badly TWICE and then ignored all contacts. The first one happened a few years ago, during COVID. I was very cold in the room and it ended up messing up my neck. I worked a 12 hour shift with two heating strips on both sides of my neck. She did offer me a free massage, but my neck was so sore that I didn't want anyone touching it. I decided that this place wasn't for me after that. I had a few less than ideal experiences with them. A few years passed and I began developing severe migraines. I get migraines that cause me to vomit uncontrollably and put me in the ER. I decided to give them another try. I had a handful of good experiences, but this last one really messed me up again. I think that my neck must have been misaligned on the table or something. She was going very deep into my neck, which I was fine with. However, over the next week, I was developing pain that was worsening every day after the massage. One week after the massage, I was in so much pain that I began vomiting. I called the nurse line and they told me to go to the ER to make sure my neck was okay. I went to the ER and they gave me a steroid, acetaminophen, and anti-nausea medication. They cleared me for anything severe. I reached out to this business several times and they never returned any contacts. I wanted a refund. I also filed something with the BBB, but they ignored them, as well. I truly am fine with businesses making mistakes, however, to cause this much damage and then just ignore people is such poor integrity. I won't be going back.

Beautiful and clean location. The staff was so friendly made me feel welcomed and special. Having a Salt infused infrared sauna as a game changer for Ocala. Highly recommend.
