Matt had an early start at healthcare after going through many injuries as a teenager. He was an intense skateboarder/athlete and had to go through years of Physical therapy to get his body back in shape. He started working at the orthopedic rehabilitation center and taking courses in therapeutic massage work when he was still a teenage. Fast forward over 15 years and after working with 1000s of people from pro athletes to major injuries to everyday maintenance needs Matt started Pro Body Therapy. He ran Balboa Massage for the last 8 years and decided to make the switch to reach and help more people and add more therapists. He is a certified Holistic Health Practitioner , Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer that focuses on helping you develop the skills to live a healthy life for years to come.Started practice in 2003. Years of working with doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, elite athletes, rehabilitation patients, and people in need of all ages has brought the owner, Matt Abrams the experience needed to give you high-quality bodywork.
