i have operated bulldozers and heavy equipment since 1969, my neck has gotten really bad from the pounding, i was getting vertigo and had to stop running dozer less than 2 yrs ago, my other doctor told me i had to stay off the dozer all he had left to fix me with was bubble wrap & duct tape. I decided to try DR Brandon at balanced chiropratic, he said he needed an xray to see whats going on. im glad he did , he showed me whats going on with my back & neck. in a month what a difference !! in 2 months im back on the dozer and other equipment and ran a full season. i have to go in about every 3 weeks for an adjustment. I cant say enough good about DR BRANDON. the staff and office are great. A very caring doctor that knows what hes doing. a pleasure to go in for an appointment .

Went to this chiropractic clinic based on reviews. The first initial consultation went well with Dr. Fairchild. When following up for the second appointment for xray results and an the 1st adjustment i was disappointed. My xray results were shown on a screen only and i wasn't offered a paper copy of the report. There was no pre-treatment for the tight muscles in my neck prior to the 1st adjustment. No stretches recommended to work on the area. Most chiropractor offices offer something to loosen up the muscles before the adjustment. I did receive relief from the 1st adjustment for a day and a half. Upon going to my second appt for a 2nd adjustment the chiropractor hurt my neck worse. This appt was very fast, seemed like a hurry to get me in and leave. I dont think the chiropractor took her time and did not adjust me correctly. I informed the office and chiropractor after going home and that my symptoms increasingly worsened. With the severity of the symptoms in my neck worsening I did not feel comfortable going back to see Dr. Fairchild. I had to call the office over and over and leave messages with receptionists trying to just get my records and xray results. I also asked for a refund for my appt since I was a cash paying patient and the doctor hurt me. I never received a refund! Even though Natalie the billing person said that they would work with me on that. I was finally able to pick up my so called records. Again, my xray paper copy results were missing, not all of the documented progress notes were there. Once I got home, upon reading the office notes; Dr. Fairchild falsified information in the notes saying I told her I had relief and felt better after my second adjustment that she hurt me at. She also lied about giving me information on stretches and things to do to help. I Wasn't given anything. I did speak with the owner Brandon and was offered a second consult and to get adjustments from him going forward. But, how do you go back somewhere for treatment when you got hurt there? Or go back to a place that is allowing chiropractors to falsify information and hurt people? I just wanted All of my records and a refund. Which they still have not given me. This proves that they are only about money and dont actually care about the patients.

My son just his back and was really nervous about seeing someone to fix it because he's really shy. The girls at the front desk were kind and helpful. Dr. Austin and his assistant, Mel, made him feel so welcome and comfortable, he even told them about his kitten at home! Dr. Austin was very gentle and got him realigned quickly and back to jumping around like a happy 7-year-old again! Thank you for being so awesome!

Dr. Ron Henze has been my chiro for a few years now. I go see him weekly to keep my old bones working their best. He and his assistant Alisha take great care of me. He has really helped me with my ongoing arthritis and keeping my joints working their best. I highly recommend Balanced Chiropractic and their techniques. They have worked so well for me and my old body. Great work ethics, phenomenal staff and wonderful people through and through. 10 stars if I could give them.

Dr. Brandon gives superb care. I feel as though he is very attentive to detail. And really cares about getting to the root of the problem. I am super glad that he is part of my healthcare team. I always leave his office feeling great and with a smile on my face. He's very funny, quick-witted, and kind!! Top-notch team for sure, highly recommend..
