I am a Nationally Certified, California State Licensed Massage Therapist and have been interested in health and wellness and helping people feel good in their body since 2002 when I started teaching an exercise class called Nia. My passion for helping people led me to IPSB Massage School where I earned my Holistic Health Practitioner Certificate in 2010. I also have a BA in Journalism from the University of Oregon. Prior to my massage career I worked for 18 years in television broadcasting and promotions.

Individual massage sessions are a special blend of Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Massage, Thai & Lomi Lomi Massage to help ease your aches & pains & bring your body & mind back into balance. Every session includes aromatherapy, hot towels & other heat therapy to enhance the effectiveness of the massage & induce relaxation. Barbara gives you a full 60, 90 or 120 minute session, not a shortened 50 or 80 minute session. Looking for ultimate relaxation and a healthier you? Our goal is to help you feel good in your body and in your life through the healing work of massage.

The best massage you will ever have is found in the hands of Barbara. There simply aren’t words to describe how skilled, kind, intuitive and healing she is. From the moment you enter her office, you feel simply pampered and cared for. I look forward to each massage and leave feeling like a puddle. Barbara offers highly customized and deeply healing massage. I love the professional yet relaxing atmosphere she has created. She always starts off asking what is most important to work on and tailors the massage to what my body really needs. She is a delight and has all the amenities from essential oils, eye bags, extra propping pillows, beautiful selection of music, and a table warmer. I love Barb's Bliss table and her Back to Life Massage and Bodywork.
