Dr. Zumstein is author of the professionally endorsed book, Secrets to Preventing Back and Neck Pain: 60 Ways to Protect Your Spine. He has a master's degree in sports rehab, certifications in acupuncture, applied kinesiology and Webster Technique. He is also McKenzie trained. As a result, Dr. Zumstein uses several treatment options in conjunction with chiropractic to find out what works best for you. After promoting his book on multiple media outlets, including WGN-TV and affiliates for NPR, NBC, and Fox, Dr. Zumstein opened Back Safety & Wellness Center so he could return to his true love: chiropractic. Dr. Zumstein combines patient education with chiropractic care to increase your chances of a full recovery. Dr. Zumstein has worked with and treated Division I collegiate and professional athletes and has spent endless hours researching his passion: eliminating back and neck pain. Dr. Zumstein grew up in Homewood, and graduated from Marian Catholic High School, Marquette, and LoganWhile working as an associate in 2010, Dr. Zumstein encountered countless patients, who asked him the same questions: why does my back hurt, how can I stop it from hurting, and how can I prevent it from hurting again? As a result, he quit his associateship and formed The Back Safety & Wellness Consultants in 2011 to educate the public on preventing, reducing, and eliminating back and neck pain through his professionally endorsed back pain book, titled Secrets to Preventing Back and Neck Pain: 60 Ways to Protect Your Spine, spine stabilizing products and consulting services.
