Jun is a licensed massage therapist with extensive experience in both Chinese and Western massage. Since coming to the Bay Area in 2005, she has studied massage intensively and has worked at high-end spas in the East Bay and in the Napa Valley. Her work is deeply intuitive and always carefully tailored to the specific needs of her clients. Her goal is to provide a massage experience that is relaxing, healing and energizing, a wonderful tonic for the body, mind and soul.Chinese massage is based on 5,000 years of traditional Chinese medicine. Through their fingers, experienced Chinese massage therapists are able to locate areas of soreness and energy blockage deep inside the body, and then they can clear those problems away by using different forms of deep tissue massage. Chinese massage can be very effective in relieving stress, treating computer- and sports-related muscle and nerve problems, in promoting energy and general vitality, and in keep the body, mind and spirit strong and resistant to illnesses.
