Dr. Eileen McGough was raised in Freehold, NJ. In 1986, she graduated from Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, GA. Throughout her education, she was a standout basketball player and is included in her high school hall of fame. She has used her basketball experience to coach girls' basketball at various levels from recreational to more competitive leagues. Dr. McGough continues to be physically active, having competed in many triathlons and has run in two marathons, including the New York City Marathon. She has remained involved in Freehold and surrounding communities by being a part of the Freehold Borough Zoning and School Boards and the Monmouth County Girl Scouts Board. She continues to attend seminars in the healthcare field to stay current with the latest developments in health, wellness, and sports care.After three years of working as an associate, Dr. Eileen McGough opened Atlas Gentle Effective Chiropractic in 1989 in Howell, NJ. In 2002, Dr. McGough moved her practice to Freehold.
