Dr. Derek Atchley joined his Father Dr. Lyman Atchley in practice in 2005 as a Doctor of Chiropractic at Atchley Chiropractic started in 1967 - one of Albuquerque's most established chiropractic practices Throughout his career, Dr. Derek has helped patients to improve their health by combining the most state-of-the-art techniques in chiropractic with overall wellness strategies. Dr. Derek Atchley graduated Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, October 2005. Since then he has continued to advance his knowledge of Chiropractic and how to live a healthier life. His patient's range from infant's to Top UFC fighters. A dynamic speaker and sought-after media personality, Dr. Derek is an advocate of people taking responsibility for their own health. Through an ongoing series of Health lectures at his office Dr. Derek shares his compelling knowledge about the difference between sick care and health care, the importance of pain and the negative effects of lifestyle stress.

We have a simple process on what to expect for your first visit and will walk through everything from underlying issues and treatment plans, to looking at your insurance benefits and seeing exactly what treatment will cost you out of pocket.
