After training, I joined a multi-specialty practice in 2010, Clark and Daughtrey, a physician owned group. My patient panel grew to over 4,000 patients in 7 years. My staff and I always strived for a patient's experience in the office to be a pleasant one. However, the physician owned practice soon merged with a large hospital and the family feel of the office was lost. Many of the personal touches disappeared and patients felt like a number. This convinced me to seek alternative options to better care for my patients. The obstacles my patients encountered, along with my drive of why I became a physician motivated me to open Aspire Health. The membership model at Aspire Health allows me to devote quality time to my patients and their families, getting to know them on a more in-depth level. The close relationship I develop and the time I spend with patients are personally important me. This is the foundation of exceptional health care.Aspire Health started in February and growing. With the increase of premiums and changes with insurance Aspire Health gives the community other options to health care. An affordable price to health care is an option with Aspire Health - Direct Primary Care.

Aspire Health offers patients a low monthly membership fee similar to concierge medicine but at an affordable cost for all income levels. Prices range from $65 up to $155 based on age for traditional medicine. Functional medicine pricing on website. This covers unlimited office visits with the physician and direct access via phone, text, email and video conference. No additional co-pays. Extended office visits with your physician lasting. All in office procedures are included in the membership along with physicals/gyn annual and wellness visits. We provide in-office lab draws and in-office pharmacy. Labs and medications are provided at a discounted rate up to 90%. If you do have insurance we are welcome to bill your insurance for labs, medication and imaging but unable to use it toward your office visit. Call today to set up a meet and greet with Dr. Tami or Dr.Falden. Please call before coming into the office. We do not take walk ins.

After discovering functional medicine several years ago, I’ve always hoped to find a primary care doctor who truly integrates that preventive, holistic approach. I’m really glad I finally found that with Dr. Singh. This is the first time I’ve had a primary doctor who focuses on prevention and takes a comprehensive view of all aspects of my health. I saw Dr. Tami Singh at Aspire Health in Plantation for an annual check-up and to focus on optimizing my overall health. From the start, she was very thorough and took her time going through my history, lifestyle, and preventative care. She carefully reviewed my labs with me and explained everything in a clear, practical way instead of just saying things were “normal.” I never felt rushed and felt she was genuinely interested in helping me stay healthy long-term. She gave me realistic recommendations and a personalized plan I could actually follow. The office staff was also friendly and organized, and the whole visit was smooth from scheduling to follow-up. I left feeling informed, motivated, and confident about my health. I highly recommend Dr. Singh to anyone looking for a physician focused on prevention and overall wellness!

If I could give this practice 0/5 stars, I would. I spoke with Dr. Singh back in November, and she seemed lovely and excited about caring for my upcoming baby. However, after I gave birth on Monday 2/9/26, my experience was completely different. Ilma, the patient coordinator, told me they couldn’t schedule my newborn with Dr. Singh until the following Monday — a full week later. How is it acceptable not to see a newborn right after birth? The pediatrician at the hospital clearly instructed that my baby should be seen within 48 hours at most. Despite this, Dr. Singh would not accommodate seeing her even five days after discharge. As a postpartum mom, this added unnecessary stress during an already overwhelming time. The communication and service were extremely disappointing. Thankfully, I was able to get an appointment immediately with a regular pediatrician’s office without any issues. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
