Karin Wieland was born in Germany, where she studied holistic medicine, Homeopathy and Massage therapy at the Samuel Hahnemann School in Berlin. She had her own private naturopath and massage practice and also offered her services to guests at the Hotel Adlon Kempinski Spa in Berlin. After moving to California in 2002 she lived and worked at Harbin Hot Springs where she continued her training and became a certified massage therapist in California. In 2006 she moved to the San Fransisco Bay Area and established "Art of Touch" serving the Bay area community with her massages for adults and kids. She is deeply dedicated to helping people, and uses her intuition and daily meditation practice to guide her clients through any challenges. She loves to volunteer with the non profit Buds to Blossoms and travels to Asia to give nurturing touch to children with HIV and disabilities.In 2006 she moved to the San Fransisco Bay Area and established "Art of Touch"serving the Bay area community with her massages for adults and kids. She is deeply dedicated to helping people, and uses her intuition and daily meditation practice to guide her clients through any challenges.

"My joy is to do good for others" says Karin a certified massage therapist, originally from Germany, where she worked with holistic medicine, Homeopathy and Massage in Berlin. I made my kin-esthetic gift my profession, listening to others through touch is like second nature to me. Many times in our lives we lack the personal touch that massage offers. My work allows me to share my gifts with others in a deep and meaningful way. Every massage is different, tailored to each client's needs. She works fully in the present moment. Her daily meditation practice helps her with that. Karin also works with infants and kids all ages. She is an infant massage instructor for parents and caregivers and a pediatric massage therapist. During her 20 years as a therapist, Karin massaged people from all over the world and collected many valuable experiences. She draws from a wealth of expertise in Shiatsu, Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Cranio sacral, Reflexology, Energy Work, Pre/Post-natal massage.
