Michael is a licensed physical therapist and certified personal trainer. He received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. He is dedicated to helping his patients get back to their previous activities, managing their pain, and function at their optimal level. Michael is experienced in evaluating and treating all orthopedic and neuromuscular injuries and diseases. His interests are in treating athletes as well as rehabilitating orthopedic injuries. Michael's experience also includes treating spinal conditions, fall prevention for the geriatric population, as well as rehabilitating the weekend warrior. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and dog. He currently lives in Branford where he grew up playing ice hockey, golf and baseball.Amity Physical Therapy is proud to announce the ground breaking of our 3rd location in Branford. Our latest facility will bring the same intangibles and dynamic experience that you have come to expect from Amity Physical Therapy. As with our current locations in Woodbridge and Hamden, our Branford location will be set up to treat sports injuries, post surgical, neurological rehabilitation, orthopedics, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Our new location will be located at 103 N. Main St, Branford, CT 06405.

Amity Physical Therapy strives to set the standard by which all patients should be treated Amity Physical Therapy is a privately owned and operated outpatient clinic. It is our commitment to the community to set forth the standard of how all patients should be treated. Established in 2004, Amity Physical Therapy has opened its state of the art, outpatient facilities. Our therapists specialize in orthopedics, pediatrics, sports performance, neurological rehabilitation, trigger point dry needling and geriatrics. Patients of all ages and ability levels can benefit from the treatment rendered at Amity Physical Therapy to improve daily function and athletic performance. Physical Therapy now falls under the direct access act, meaning that most insurances do not require a physicians referral to begin physical therapy. Research has shown that treatment of acute injuries in the early phases of healing will significantly assist with expediting overall recovery time. Amity Physical Therapy has clinics in Woodbridge at 1 Bradley Rd Suite 801, Hamden at 2320 Whitney Ave and in Branford at 103 N Main St. Each of our clinics is proud to provide a state of the art facility and top level clinicians to maximize our patients' experience and expedite your care.
