Align PT is a god send for women with endometriosis! Truly, pelvic floor PT, should be a non-negotiable for anyone with this diagnosis. I’ve received so much relief of my symptoms from Mina, and I’m shocked that doctors who treat endo don’t recommend this treatment more. Mina offers whole body, whole spirit healing! She see’s endo through a holistic lens that is hard to come by in the medical world. Her support has deeply comforted me since receiving my diagnosis. If you have endometriosis, Align PT is a must for treating symptoms, learning more about your body, and receiving guidance for how to care for your womb!

In 2015, I saw Michele at Align PT and she changed my life. I was in excruciating pain daily, and doctors couldn’t tell me what was wrong. My pelvic pain had become unbearable and my life was literally falling apart because of it. Michele was so kind and attentive, she explained everything thoroughly, she took the time to follow up with me and was very responsive to me reaching out with additional questions and concerns.
I thank God daily, even now 10 years later, that I found her because I still think of that dark time in my life that she made so much brighter. I could give 10 stars, I would.

Michele is a true healer! She is gifted with her expertise, acute assessment skills and magical healing hands. She is delighfully kind and helped me feel very comfortable in each session and adjusts her plan to how I am doing that day. Her intuition is spot on, as is her professionalism and talent! The entire office space is clean, bright and a perfect space for healing. Jef is also so warm and supportive. This entire clinic is a gem!!!

I am currently enrolled in the FeminEnergy 10-week course and seeing Michele for personal PT appointments. After 2 weeks my body feels practically new. I can’t wait to see my body transform more in the coming weeks. If you have abdominal pain, bowel issues, gastrointestinal issues, scar tissue, body structure issues, etc you need to see Michelle. I will forever recommend all new moms get physical therapy postpartum. If they are local to Boulder county I will suggest Michele and Align PT as the best physical therapy near me.
