Established in 2009. Activation Fitness, Inc was started by Steve Dam. Steve has nearly 25 years of experience in health and fitness. Steve has guided hundreds of clients to reach and exceed their fitness goals and objectives. With a solid background in Athletic Training, Orthopedics, and MAT, Steve has dedicated his life to helping people overcome their physical challenges and reach their full potential. Our mission is to continually educate and challenge ourselves to improve each client's ability to function at a their highest desirable level and to assist each client to achieve the health benefits of participating in exercise.
