I met with Aaron today and my initial assessment was informative and unrushed. I felt comfortable to ask the questions I've been extremely curious about in regards to my body, hyper mobility and gut health. I am confident I'll be back for physiotherapy after reflecting and reading through the resources Aaron provided.

This was my first massage with Kim H. Kim’s technique was thoughtful and clinical. Kim listened to the areas of concern I needed work on and expertly addressed them. I felt a huge improvement in my symptoms the next day. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.

I had terrible back pain and couldn't stand up straight and walking with a limp. After my massage with Graham I felt like a new man. He identified the problem muscle early and helped ease out the tension. I was back upright immediately and the pain and troubles faded over the next couple days. Highly recommend!!
