Amazing experience - I've tried many chiropractors in the past, and none of them were nearly as informative or thorough as Dr. Valones. He really pinpointed my exact issues and found the root causes of my injuries. I went in with really bad pain from multiple shoulder injuries, and after just one session, the pain has decreased greatly. I feel like I finally understand what I'm doing wrong and how to get it right.

Dr Michael is the absolute best. I leave his office feeling like a new person. His adjustments, body work and advice on stretching has drastically improved my back and ankle health. Michael was knowledgeable and friendly. He evaluated my posture and movement pointing out what can be improved (in my case feet posture and t-spine mobility). He suggested what exercises I can do on my own to improve. Overall I had a great experience, walking out of his office feeling better and more energized. I’d definitely suggest this place!

Dr Valone is very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. He was able to adjust my hips, back, and shoulders and addressed my other running-related issues. Great office, excellent website for booking and changing appointments, and everyone wears facemasks. Dr Valone also wears a face guard and gloves. I felt that the COVID risk was relatively low.
