I'm a licensed therapist and have been practicing bodywork for 15 years. I graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy, December 2005 with a certification in massage therapy. I am originally from the Four Corners of New Mexico and born on the Navajo reservation. I specialize in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cranial sacral, and sports & injury massage. I worked for a spa for 10.5 years and I've had experience working with a chiropractor. My grandfather was a medicine man and his teachings have inspired me to follow his heritage while integrating a healing touch. One of the best massages I’ve had!!! It has been hard for me to find a masseuse that actually applies enough pressure, and let me tell you, Denise was AMAZING. She found all my knots, pressure points and made me feel so much better… The arnica cream was a great addition to the massage. I highly recommend Denise and will definitely go again!

Exceptional massage! I did go in for a relaxing massage since I don’t get massages often. She explained what she could do and got started. She spent a lot of time on my back and the muscles, which was perfect. I do myofascial release at home, so this was a great match with her trigger point work. Definitely recommend. Also it’s a no brainer to support an indigenous business! Will be returning.

I had neck pain so bad it had been causing me to have migraines for over a week and Denise was able relieve it in just one hour. I cannot express enough how skeptical I was about this helping but it did and just wow! I will say that if you're a relaxation massage goer used to a big-name company that's not what you're going to get here. She does a lot of pressure work to relieve your muscles and it is not similar to a massage envy type experience. I was a bit disappointed my first time around because I wasn't prepared for that level of legitimate massage. That said, going in the second time I knew what it was and could relax more. Then when I realized a few days later I hadn't had a migraine since I went... Honestly I was just so grateful. Denise really is skilled at her craft. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
