A strong desire to help and lead others in the full pursuit of health and fitness led Dr. Pain to become a chiropractor. He has assembled the best team to support the vision of providing the greatest care and service to our community.We have grown from a single practitioner practice in 2000, to include a full team of 9 professional health practitioners plus support staff, in a beautiful historic building in downtown Kingston.

We offer pro-active and evidence-based chiropractic care, with 2 of Kingston's most experienced practitioners. We custom manage your treatment for what you need, in a beautiful multi-disciplined setting that has a team of physiotherapists, massage therapists and fitness trainers.
