Dr. Aaron Casselman DC was introduced to chiropractic while living and working in Crested Butte, CO. As an avid mountain biker, runner and skier, Dr. Casselman has suffered many sports related injuries. Chiropractic care always reduced his recovery time and got him back into the game faster. Dr. Casselman DC received his BS in Biology from Binghamton University in Binghamton New York. He then went on to recieve a 1200 hour certicate in muscular therapy from the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge Massachusetts. After working as a massage therapist in Colorado Dr. Casselman returned to school and attended Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward California. Dr. Casselman graduated as the salutatorian of his class. He recieved the quarterly Student Achievement Award twice during his time at Life West and was nominated to be the representative of his class in the Whos Who of College Students publication. Dr. Casselman has been in practice in Highlands Ranch for 10 years.Pinnacle Chiropractic and Spinal Rehab Center has been serving the Highlands Ranch Community with high quality chiropractic care for 10 years!

I had a great experience working with the team over at Pinnacle Chiropractic. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through my options after a car accident. Dr. Casselman and his team truly care about their patients. My treatment has not only healed my issues from the car accident, but also made my neck stronger than before. Dr. Cassleman and his staff are awesome at Pinnacle Chiropractic and Spinal Rehab, and they make you feel like part of their family. I went in to get Snap, Crackle, Pop, thinking that’s what I just needed for my neck and back. Dr. Cassleman did an exam, and I found I had some other issues, not just a quick, one-time visit. After a few months of therapy, I feel amazing, and my neck and back feel great! I would recommend anyone with any spinal or back issues to schedule a visit.
