I am Jeancarlo (Jc) Alencastro, founder and owner of Physically Empowered: Therapy & Wellness. For 10 years, in the USA and UK, I've treated young athletes to older adults. I've helped them get back to doing the things they love and living the life they want. My goal is to have you take control of your therapy & wellness experience, so that you can confidently self-manage in the future. That's why one of my favorite quotes to describe my treatment philosophy is "Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day...Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime".

Sports injury or Orthopedic surgery Balance and Falls Prevention If you can't make it to a clinic or center: -Home based 8-week pulmonary rehab program to improve breathlessness if you have COPD or any other lung condition. -Home based Cardiac rehab program to improve your health after a heart attack or heart surgery. -Wellness programs for weight management, diabetes control, dialysis and cancer fatigue, and bariatric surgery candidates.
