Nicole supported me from pregnancy through postpartum, and I largely credit my positive, comfortable and healthy pregnancy/birth experience to her care. Having her support in navigating all of my body’s changes (nerve pain, back pack, tight pelvic floor, shoulder tension) set me up for an empowering birth and for an easeful recovery! Nicole is attentive, detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable about the interconnectedness of the body. She is gifted in meeting clients where they are in their pelvic floor and health journey.
