After a handful of visits and some recommended exercises at home, I was all good. Kris is a knowledgeable and professional chiropractor whom I would gladly refer to anyone suffering from back pain.

I have been enduring a herniated disc and some lower trap pain for several months. I was skeptical about going to see a chiropractor, but several of my friends vouched for Kris. I’m still skeptical about chiropractors in general, but I will admit that working with Kris for several sessions helped alleviate my back pain from the various aforementioned strains! He gave me some exercises to do at home that are easy to do and not time consuming. Overall, great experience! Hoping not to need to see him again any time soon, but if I do, I know exactly who to reach out to!
