Dr. Heppe grew up in Spotsylvania, VA and attended Courtland High School. She participated in many sports at CHS and continues to play tennis and run. She graduated from UVA in Charlottesville and pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer West in San Jose, CA. She is excited to be back serving her hometown.Dr Erica and Dr Scott are Spotsy natives and moved back to help the community. We are family focused and understand how life can get in the way of taking care of yourself. Our goal is to get you moving pain free, so you can continue to live your life. My 5 month old has had difficulty nursing and preferred only one side. He also has had reflux on and off that would cause him to scream for hours at night. I took him today for his first visit and I can immediately see a difference! He seems so much more comfortable, he’s nursing fantastically on both sides with the best latch he’s ever had. He also rolled over effortlessly, which he struggled with before. I’m so thankful I took this step to get him seen and treated. Dr. Erica Heppe was amazing with him and made me feel at peace with everything as this was my first experience with chiropractic care. The entire staff was so kind and the office was very inviting for all ages. We will definitely be visiting regularly!

Dr Erica Heppe has helped me where other physicians said there was no way to assist me with my particular physical problem. Thanks to Dr. Erica she has helped me immensely with her dry needling techniques and I will always be one of her patients. If there was more than five stars I would rate her much higher.
