Gregg became interested in massage while competing for the USA National Karate Team. An inductee into the World Black Belt Hall of Fame , a three time National Champion, and All American Karate player, he used massage as a way to improve recovery from and prevent injuries acquired through competitive sports. Through his martial arts training Gregg gained the knowledge of the importance to keep the mind, body, and spirit alive through physical and mental health. In 1998 Gregg graduated at the top of his class from South Eastern Neuromuscular and Massage School in Jacksonville Florida. Immediately after becoming licensed in the State of Florida he began working for the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island. In 1999 Gregg was promoted to corporate trainer where he trained the staff on the philosophies of customer service in Spa's in Philadelphia PA, Montego Bay Jamaica, Half Moon Bay CA, and Naples FL. In his never ending search to improve his bodywork Gregg came across Rolfing Structural Integration which he received the famous "10 series". It made such an impression on him he began his training at the Rolf Institute in Boulder Colorado in 2006. Now, a certified Rolfer, Gregg has moved back to New Hampshire to open Bedford Bodyworks so that he can share his expertise with the people of New Hampshire.
