Amna and her amazing team are truly a godsend in my life. I came to her with a slipped disc in L5 S1 and disc degeneration in L4 L5. After visiting multiple docs who gave me painkillers and said you can no longer run, jog, swim or exercise and to just lead a “normal life.” I was mentally distraught by this and in physical pain. Amna’s stance was the opposite she guided me to strengthen my body, promoted exercise and activity, and gave me deep insight to my condition which was not only physically relieving but completely changed my mental outlook. In my experience, Amna and her team are extremely thorough, professional, reassuring and supportive. With her help my body is stronger than ever and I truly can’t thank her enough in helping me lead a normal life.

Dr. Amnah was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain my condition and treatment plan thoroughly. Each session felt personalized to my needs, and I noticed significant pain reduction after just a few visits.
