Dr. Cortez has helped me to gain more mobility and flexibility in my shoulder. I’ve dealt with chronic shoulder joint pain for many years and it’s been amazing to be able to almost eliminate that pain through adjustments and exercises. My first time going to a chiropractor and Dr. Cortez made it such a smooth and comfortable process! He not only made me feel at ease, but provided a lot of information throughout the entire session as well. He explained the process in a way that I can easily understand and also offered/showed some stretches and exercises that I can execute at home on my own time. Definitely my go-to chiropractic place.
