Finally found my long term PT! I was dealing with some elbow and chest nerve issues as well as knee pain and thankfully stumbled upon Dr. Mitch Long and Active Sports therapy. I train Muay Thai, lift and currently training for a marathon and have been searching for a solid PT for a year or so. The last few months I've been working with Dr. Mitch Long have been incredibly transformational for me. Within 2 visits he addressed and made discoveries previous PT's had either taken multiple visits or never even figured out. My nerve issue feels close to be completely resolved (been dealing with it since high school) and my knees are improving by the week. Thank you Dr. Mitch and team!

Dr. Mitch Long is absolutely amazing! He and Dr. Sarah have seen my son, an active track sprinter, for various injuries over the past two years. They instantly connected with him as fellow athletes and often have an accurate assessment after a simple description of the issue. He has been able to continue running through treatment - he often feels better after only one visit! I can't thank them both enough for the great care they provide - highly recommend!
