Improved New Patient counts in owner reports

Owner reports now recognize New Patient appointments correctly even when the appointment length is customized.

Improved reporting for practices that use custom appointment lengths for New Patient visits. Owner reports now count these appointments based on their New Patient appointment type, rather than relying on a specific duration. This makes reporting more consistent when your team updates scheduling templates to match practice workflows.

X-ray image indicator added to patient pop-ups

Patient pop-ups now show a clear X-ray indicator when imaging is available in the patient portal.

Front desk staff can now spot available X-ray images without opening the full patient chart or portal. When imaging is on file, the patient pop-up displays an X-ray icon with the image count for quick reference. It’s a simple update that helps speed up check-in and keeps key patient details visible at a glance.
