I'm Christina, owner of Rebalance Massage Therapy, with a mission to help rebalance people who push their bodies to the extreme. Whether you're an athlete who needs to get back in your game faster, or a mom who wants to pick up your child pain free, Rebalance can help.My love for powerlifting turned into an interest in sports and injury massage. I went back to school to get my license as a massage therapists. Since I work and train at a powerlifting gym, it seemed like the perfect place to set up my business. It has grown into a successful practice all from word of mouth. Wanting to do more, and help prevent and even fix most soft tissue injuries, I became certified in Active Release Technique (ART).
