In June 2025 I suffered a debilitating injury resulting in three ruptured disks in my lower back. The pain, numbness, and weakness were constant, often a 9 on a scale 0 to 10. I was in agony around the clock. The areas affected included my entire left leg, foot, hip, and groin. In the subsequent six months I tried the following treatments: o Traditional chiropractic o Physical therapy o Three sets of cortisone injections in the epidural space of the damaged disks o One round of cortisone injections in the affected facet joints o Two courses of cortisone pack tablets o Increasingly more powerful narcotic pain killers that, even at highest doses, did not provide any relief. During the six months of the above treatments I felt some partial and temporary relief but ultimately ended up in agony again. Even aware of the serious risks of spinal surgery I consulted with two highly rated spinal specialists because I was desperate for relief. One told me hardware would need to be installed in my spine as part of the operation. An updated pre-surgery MRI showed that my condition had actually degraded since my prior MRI six months earlier. The other spinal surgeon said he could perform the surgery without installing hardware, so I planned to have the surgery with that doctor. Either of the operations would have permanently compromised the structure of my spine due to bone and tissue removal. Prior to leaving my last consultation I asked the doctor about nonsurgical spinal decompression. To his credit he encouraged me to try it before undergoing surgery. My primary chiropracticor recommended his own chiropractor, Dr. Manson, who does provide nonsurgical spinal decompression therapy. After a thorough and informative consultation with Dr. Manson I decided to try this treatment as a final  attempt for relief before scheduling surgery. When I arrived for my first treatment I was in constant dire pain. I had difficulty walking into his office. The 25 minute decompression was totally painless, After that I received 20 minutes of intense laser light therapy on my lower back which felt warm and comfortable. I was provided two different supplements and my first visit was complete. I left able to walk with noticeably less pain! With each subsequent visit I felt additional relief. My course of treatment consisted of 35 visits and I typically had three treatments a week. I felt decreased pain with each visit and now that I've completed my treatments I can say with great joy and thankfulness that my back feels completely healed! Dr. Manson's treatment has resulted in a truly miraculous recovery for me. His technicians, Amanda and Melanie, handle preparation and monitoring of the treatments. They are both incredibly knowledgeable, caring, attentive, and professional. Carmen made scheduling appointments and changing them when necessary quick and easy. I rarely waited more than a few minutes after checking in before Amanda or Melanie began my treatment. It's very disappointing and hard to understand why health insurances do not cover nonsurgical decompression. Not only is it so much better for the patient to avoid the risks and recovery of spinal surgery, but it should only make sense to the insurers to cover a several thousand dollar treatment vs. $100K+ for spinal surgery. I strongly encourage anyone considering disc surgery to explore the treatment option that healed me. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Manson and his team at KB Chiropractic of Hudson for making me feel like I've been born again!

I highly recommend KB Chiropractic. Dr. Manson is an amazing chiropractor; he's knowledgeable and a great communicator which really helps you feel better in bad situations. His treatments are targeted and I immedietaly feel the benefit of them. He keeps me going and able to do all of the outdoor activities that I like to do, despite my disc issues. Carmen, Melanie, Jen, and everyone on staff are wonderfully kind and skilled. They keep the very busy office running smoothly. No matter how busy they are you never have a long wait, they are very organized, and insurance issues are managed seamlessly. I'm so glad to have found Dr. Manson and his team!

OUTSTANDING CARE! Dr. Brandon Manson is highly skilled and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions (good listener) and ensured I felt comfortable during my adjustment. The office is very clean, welcoming with the professionalism of Melaney and Carmen behind the front desk. BEST in the area. I live 30 minutes away, and it's worth the short ride. You will keep going back. I have scoliosis and am having a Frozen Shoulder problem. He can take care of all problems. Give Dr. Manson a try; you will not be disappointed. I wasn't. Staff and Doctor were awesome! Very friendly, professional and personable. They make you feel at ease. They take the time to listen to you, and make you feel heard. I had a very pleasant experience. Only downside was they were outside my budget, so couldn't seek treatments at this time. Highly recommend them!!!
