Dr. Aixa knows her stuff. Before connecting with her, my alignment was all but straight. After her diagnosis she showed me how I was in comparison to how I should be. I signed up for one of her offers and we started treatment. Now almost 8 visits in I can truly feel my posture more lengthened and centered. I have been coming to Health First Chiropractic for several years. When i began, my neck and head were severely out of alignment and i also had a pinched nerve in my neck. Now, my neck is nearly pain free and my posture and body-comfort have never felt better. The healing takes time, but these methods get results. Their patient appreciation day is a lovely event as well - there was food and music and massages. This place is wonderful. 10/10 Highly recommend.
