I came here after a severe bone breaking car accident (2022), and today (2026) they are still physical therapy has been slow & steady post lumbar fusion (2025). My spine & hip need physical therapy. Thank goodness for places like this with soft care they take with broken bones. They are the reason.

I used to really value this facility and have come here for physical therapy on and off over the past 7 years. Unfortunately, this time around, I no longer trust them with my care. Despite giving them multiple chances, I was repeatedly assigned to staff who dismissed my concerns when I expressed something felt wrong or off. Their lack of responsiveness and accountability put my health at greater risk. I found myself dealing with employees who seemed more focused on routine than actually listening or adjusting care when needed. Some simply stood by and prompted me to continue exercises even after I communicated that I was in pain — which is not only careless, but dangerous. I almost passed out. Not all therapists here are bad, and I appreciate the good ones I’ve had in the past, but it’s become clear that this place has changed. Maybe the therapist who was let go and caused the first incident was right when they said it’s become more of a cash grab than a place of healing. The level of negligence I witnessed — staff chatting amongst themselves, ignoring patients, freezing when faced with anything outside the usual routine — is unacceptable for a healthcare environment. At this point, they'd be better off printing out exercises and sending people home, because what’s happening here isn’t care — it’s neglect. Sadly, this facility has lost my trust.

Great place to rehab an injury or after surgery. All the techs are very nice and helpful. The facility is great and has everything you’ll need to get back on your feet. Really glad I get to come here to rehab my back after surgery

What a scam. They tried charging me twice for visits I had already paid for. Not to mention the very poor service that they offer. Each time I went, it was the same thing: bike, pretend to care and get rushed out as if you were never there. I would not recommend this place to anyone trying to get better. Please also review your charges as they will try to charge you twice and hit you with an “I’m sorry, my apologies for that.” Very bad customer service and record tracking system. If i could give it 0 stars, I would.

I am dying of back pain. I picked this facility because of its ratings and its location to my office. I had my doctor fax over my prescription four physical therapy over a month ago. I haven't received any phone calls and have tried to call them numerous times over the course of the month. The voicemail is full and nobody ever picks up the phone. I went there physically and there was no one at the counter, no one present to realize there was six elderly people sitting waiting for service. I spoke to one of the employees on the way out as they were coming in, and still no changes. I finally received my rehab from this facility. I have to admit, they did a 180 degree. They were kind and prompt. The only downside is that the routines become monotinous. After two or three visits, I was on autopilot.
