Fixing Technical Problems
Experiencing issues with the MedXimity website or app? Try these troubleshooting steps:
Clear Cache and Cookies
This solves many common issues:
On Desktop Browsers:
- Open browser settings (usually three dots or lines menu)
- Find "Privacy" or "History" section
- Select "Clear browsing data"
- Check "Cookies" and "Cached images and files"
- Click "Clear data"
- Restart your browser
On Mobile Browsers:
- Go to your phone's Settings
- Find your browser app
- Select "Clear Cache" or "Clear Data"
Try a Different Browser
If issues persist in one browser:
- Try Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
- Use incognito/private mode
- Disable browser extensions
Update Your Browser or App
Outdated software can cause problems:
- Check for browser updates in your browser's settings
- Update the MedXimity app from your app store
- Update your operating system if prompted
Check Your Internet Connection
- Test your connection by visiting other websites
- Try switching between WiFi and mobile data
- Restart your router or modem
- Move closer to your WiFi router
Mobile App Troubleshooting
If the MedXimity app isn't working:
- Close the app completely
- Restart your phone
- Check for app updates
- Uninstall and reinstall the app

- Include:
- Description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the problem
- Your browser/app version
- Device type (desktop, iPhone, Android, etc.)
- Screenshots if possible
System Status
Check if MedXimity is experiencing downtime:
- Visit our status page (if available)
- Check our social media for announcements
- Try again in a few minutes
