Managing Appointment History

Your Appointment History

MedXimity keeps track of all your appointments, making it easy to manage your healthcare journey.

Viewing Past Appointments

1. Log into your account
2. Go to "My Appointments"
3. Click on the "Past" or "History" tab
4. Browse your previous appointments

Information Available

For each past appointment, you can see:

• Provider name and specialty
• Date and time of visit
• Office location
• Appointment type
• Your review (if submitted)

Upcoming Appointments

View and manage future appointments:

• See all scheduled appointments
• View appointment details
• Cancel or reschedule as needed
• Get directions to the office

Downloading Visit Summaries

Some providers offer visit summaries through MedXimity:

1. Find the appointment in your history
2. Click "View Details"
3. Look for "Download Summary" option
4. Save or print for your records

Leaving Reviews

After your appointment:

1. Find the appointment in your history
2. Click "Leave a Review"
3. Rate your experience (1-5 stars)
4. Write feedback about your visit
5. Submit your review

Rebooking with the Same Provider

Had a great experience? Easily book again:

1. Find the past appointment
2. Click "Book Again"
3. Select a new appointment time

Keeping Records

Your appointment history is saved as long as you have an account. This is helpful for:

• Tracking your healthcare visits
• Remembering provider names
• Insurance reimbursement
• Personal health records
