My normal chiropractor that I only go to for the massage therapist, has hurt my back twice due to an aggressive adjustment. I could barely walk when I went to Wolfe. Dr. k spent over 45 minutes with me. He looked through x rays that I brought and gave some advice. He slowly adjusted me one disc at a time. He tried to help me with a hurt rib but did not continue due to discomfort. Then, I stood up and had no lower back pain. I smiled huge and could not stop. A week of pain was gone as I left. The next morning some pain was back but I was much better. Dr. k and I just had the second appointment, two weeks later, and he adjusted me over 30 minutes with direct focus on what I needed. Then he gave me stretches to do and we did not schedule a follow up appointment. He believes the stretches will help a lot and I will only need another appointment if something goes wrong. This is a MUCH different experience than my previous chiropractor that wanted me to sign up for a 2000$ program and see me 3x a week. I am very glad I drove 55 minutes to Wolfe and will continue to do so if I have any injuries in the future.

Since suffering from debilitating headaches from a young age, I have exhausted all treatment options and have all but given up on finding a solution to my daily pain. After stumbling upon a TicTok about Upper Cervical Care Chiropractic and doing a search for a provider in my area, I found Dr. Alex at Wolfe Chiropractic. Dr. Alex was extremely thorough during my initial evaluation and reviewed my prior MRI scans and explained to me in depth the findings and how it related to the chiropractic care I would be receiving. I am early in my journey, but just after a few adjustments I have been provided so much pain relief and am thrilled to have finally found a treatment that is helping my headaches! I highly recommend Wolfe Chiropractic, the investment in your health will be priceless!!

(The below review was written in December 2025. I will update at end.) I just wanted to take a minute to give Dr. Kapraun some feedback regarding my visit with him yesterday. Because of the adjustment yesterday, I woke up today without any lower back and hip pain! This is the very first time I have been pain-free since my Jet Ski incident in June! What’s amazing to me is that I had been working with a different chiropractor for almost 2 years at the time this incident occurred. That doctor made it worse, mostly because he did not recognize what was actually happening with my body. I left in Sept 2025 and I went to an Upper Cervical chiropractor, Dr.Josh Henks in Sterling Heights, on Van Dyke. If anyone is considering this practice, just know that while I was only there for a few weeks, this guy made everything worse. He adjusted my C1 in the wrong direction! The headaches were debilitating. I felt awful, only for him to tell me “that’s just your body healing”. He also did a ‘twisted’ mid body adjustment that is completely unethical and almost did permanent damage. I was bed ridden for nearly 2 weeks! (Also, it cost $1200 for X-rays, then you must join a membership. Cheapest is $200/month or $120 per visit! Your insurance won’t reimburse they can’t provide proper paperwork to submit). There is much more to this, and I’ve considered writing the medical board for a few things of legitimate concern. Of all the many doctors I’ve been to before finding true healing and relief, don’t go to ‘Transcendance Wellness Center’. (I caution you to read other his ‘bad reviews’ that others have posted about Dr Josh Henks!) Then in Sept 2025, I started doing my research. I knew that Upper Cervical was going to be my answer, as I did NOT want back surgery! Kudos to me for pursuing and not giving up! I soon realized that the Blair technique of Upper Cervical was what I needed! Doing a search, I found only a couple chiropractors in all of Michigan that use this technique. Dr Kapraun was exactly an hour drive, I did not care as I knew I needed this. Making an appointment was quick and easy. The cost for a Xray and exam was very reasonable, especially for all that is involved. A proper work up with specific X-ray views is what makes Blair technique a much more precise approach! This was everything for me to feel better! I’m so grateful that I met Dr Kapraun! He’s very thorough in his approach, as well as how he explains everything. He is open minded enough to hear ‘what you found on the internet’ but doesn’t cut you off. Nice, warm, friendly, and knows spinal health! I really love that Dr Kapraun knows how to accurately assess your back. I feel that is one of the most important qualities that a Chiropractor can have! I’m so grateful to be out of pain! The X-rays in a Blair chiropractic work up are different and more precise, particularly the C1 vertebrae, which is imperative in back and neck health! Life is so much better when your head is in straight! But so grateful that Dr Kapraun fixes so much more than just the Upper Cervical! ❤️🙏 Kathleen B. 2-4-26 update: I think Dr. Kapraun is one of the best thing that has happened to me! I’m even better than I’ve felt (structurally) in years! At 60 yrs old, and any age, maintaining normal everyday movements is vital for continued health. My neck and back feel great! I’m now doing yoga and have no pain. Dr. Kapraun gave that back to me, and more! I’m grateful I found him and kudos to me for having found a ‘Blair’ trained Upper Cervical chiropractor. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Kapraun at Wolfe Chiropractic. 🥰🥰

We took our one twin to see Dr. Hannah for GI issues. She took her time in evaluating her and talking through everything before she did any type of adjustments. Highly recommend for pediatric care!

Great chiropractors are here! I was nervous to go to a chiropractor, because people I knew who went other places seemed to always need to go. But, I could barely get out of bed in the mornings. I went monthly for a year, then kept reducing it down, to now I rarely ever have to go. People I know who went to other chiropractors, but now go to Wolfe, say Wilfe Family Chiropractic is the best!
