I have always enjoyed extreme sports—whether in the water or in the snow. However, over time, the strain placed on my neck led to a cervical disc problem. In my 30s, the pain was bearable. But as I entered my 40s, I started experiencing severe pain in my neck and cervical spine—so intense that it began to affect my sleep. Eventually, I had no choice but to undergo cervical disc replacement surgery. I hoped that the surgery would open a new chapter in my life, but unfortunately, the results were not completely satisfying. After the operation, I went through two years of rehabilitation, combining physical therapy and regular exercise. Despite my efforts, my neck never fully recovered to its original condition. During this time, I learned about upper cervical care and began receiving treatment from Dr. Park. In the first month, I didn’t notice much improvement. But by the second month, I began to feel positive changes in my body. As I continued receiving upper cervical adjustments, my stiff neck became more flexible and easier to move, and I started to feel overall improvement in my physical condition. It has now been about six months since I started visiting Dr. Park once a week, and my condition has greatly improved. The pain in my neck and even my back has been significantly relieved. I plan to continue receiving upper cervical care to maintain and further improve my health, and I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Park for helping me restore my body.

My life has completely changed since starting my journey with Dr. Cecilia Park. Before this journey I suffered for years with pain. I had extreme pain in my jaw, pinching pain in my neck, frozen neck and shoulders, anxiety, insomnia. Pain in my joints on my right side of my body from head to toe, headaches and dizzy spells. I couldn’t take living like that anymore it anymore. I did some research and found out about upper cervical spine care. At first I was skeptical because I couldn’t believe I could ever feel normal. But Dr. Park showed me that sticking to the treatment and patience throughout the healing process would pay off. Today I’m pain free and so in tune with my body. I can tell the moment I become out of alignment and just go in for a maintenance treatment. I’m so happy to have found Dr. Park.

My family and I are very greatgul for Dr. Park! We first came to her when my husband had vertigo and after seeing many other doctors who were of no help! Dr. Park explained her technique to us and made us feel at ease. Furthermore, she treated my husbands vertigo with a single adjustment. I also was treated by her for sciatica and insomnia and have had amazing results. We even entrusted her in treating our 9 year old who plays rough sports. Dr. Park is a true professional and we truly appreciate all that she has done for our family.
