Life changing! Not your normal chiropractor. I had vertigo so bad I couldn't walk without help and couldn't see well enough to make out faces. After the 1st visit, my vision was normal and after the 3 or 4th I could walk without help. I'd travel a thousand miles to see Dr Kramer before I see a different chiropractor!

Dr. Kramer is the absolute best at what he does! Dr. Kramer did an adjustment on my neck a couple months ago and relieved a lot of pain in my neck and up the back of my head. His work has also benefited my mental health and overall mental clarity as I've spent more time with the adjustment. I will always be grateful for Dr. Kramer and Wendy as they helped me immensely as I go forward with my life.

Over the last ten years, I have gradually experienced increased stiffness in my neck, to the point where it's been hard to turn my head to check my blind spots while driving or to get comfortable while sleeping. As a woman in my late 30s, I've dismissed the neck issues as a normal sign of aging that I'd just learn to live with. I spend a lot of time sitting at a desktop or in front of a piano, so perhaps poor posture has been the culprit over the years. But then I got really sick in April 2022, which severely affected my right ear. After months of decongestants, antihistamines, and steroids, with very little relief from the fulness, distorted hearing, ETD crackling/popping, and ringing/whooshing tinnitus I was experiencing, I started researching alternate methods of healing for my ear problems, and that's when I learned about upper cervical chiropractic care. If anything, I decided perhaps I could at least get checked out and see if the Blair Technique practiced by Dr. Kramer would give me some relief from my chronic ear problems, but maybe he could help my stiff neck too? Goodness, I had no idea that after my first visit and C1/C2 alignment with Dr. Kramer that my ear, neck, and OTHER chronic problems would significantly improve (or resolve) over the coming months. After determining that my atlas and axis were definitely misaligned, along with a negative 6º S-curve in my neck, Dr. Kramer very gently aligned my neck for the first time in July 2022. The weeks following that first alignment, I noticed my body go through a period of repair, called retracing, where all my old injuries and issues flared up for a while as my body was now able to rewind and repair unresolved injuries that it couldn't initially resolve because of the upper cervical subluxation (misalignment) preventing full communication from my nervous system to the rest of my body. (Think of it like having a kinked hose where not all the water is able to flow through properly.) But the very first thing I noticed immediately after that first alignment was that I could hold my head up again—and I could stand up straight again—without feeling the heaviness and pulling in my back. That feeling alone was incredible, and all the retracing symptoms, though uncomfortable for a while, were just a testament to me that my body was finally healing. I held my first alignment till the end of September when I noticed the heaviness and pulling in my neck and back again, so I had another alignment and immediately noticed again how much lighter my head felt and that I could comfortably stand up straight again. By October, I noticed that I no longer needed to take my prescription antihistamines for the chronic hives I had been experiencing for the last three years. I also noticed the allergies I had developed in my early thirties to certain fruits (e.g., melons, mango, avocado, etc.) had also resolved. So not only were my neck and ear healing—with the ear fulness resolved, the ETD crackling/popping reduced, the tinnitus greatly decreased, and my neck's range of motion being restored—but my chronic, idiopathic skin and food allergies were totally resolved! I had NO IDEA that the issues in my neck were wreaking so much havoc throughout my body. In February 2023, Dr. Kramer did a second CBCT scan to see how my neck was looking after the initial scan in July. The curvature in my neck went from negative 6º to a positive 14º (ideally you want somewhere around positive 42º C-shaped curve), which was 20 degrees in the right direction for me! No wonder I've been able to sleep so much more comfortably over the last several months and check my blind spots again! And now that it's been a year since my first alignment (I've had three alignments in total so far: July 2022, September 2022, and January 2023), I know when I'm holding or when I need a visit to Dr. Kramer to get my neck back in alignment. I cannot recommend Dr. Kramer, Wendy, and Upper Cervical Chiropractic of Las Vegas enough. They are so kind, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth, and they've changed my life!
