I found Thrive Spinal Care searching for the best cervical specialists and came across NUCCA. Dr. Granger is listed in their web. I sent an email and the doctor called me personally. I scheduled the appointment and went for the evaluation. A set of xrays were done that I had never experienced before. When the doctor started working on me right after signing up for treatment, it was a very different experience than what I was used to with regular chiropractors. I felt the energy and effort the doctor was using to work ln me. It is a very interesting and different approach, but I know it is working because after the 2nd visit I started noticing the difference and I felt stronger. Thank you Dr. Granger. 🙏

I have been having serious back pain and alignment issues for about four years now. I have been to several chiropractors during this time but none have provided the care and service I have received from Dr.G and his staff. To say that Dr. G is detail oriented and dedicated to providing the best care possible is an understatement. Him and his staff have taken the time to do an extensive evaluation with many x-rays and diagnostic tools to properly determine my condition and if in fact he would be able to help before taking me on as a patient. I’m only on my second visit and already am starting to see results. The NUCCA methods used by Dr. G are non invasive and very effective. This is by far not your typical characteristic firm. This is a state of the art and very in depth process that most of us have never seen. If you’re in pain or just need a good alignment then don’t hesitate to give Dr. G and his staff a call.

The best experience! Dr. G is amazing. I have been coming here for almost 4 years for vertigo management and headaches. In that time I was also pregnant and they helped tremendously with back pain. I have been suffering from vertigo for approximately 15 years and it is getting noticeably better. The staff is caring and always available as well. They treat my family with care and love. I would recommend anyone to see Dr. G at thrive! 10/10!
