I just want to thank Dr. Granger and his team for the tremendous care they’ve given me over the past 6 months. I came to them struggling with migraines, neck pain, tinnitus, jaw pain and trouble sleeping through the night. I never realized how much of that can be caused from a subluxed atlas! My symptoms have significantly improved since I began treatment. They really took the time to assess me, work with me personally, and have been very flexibility in fitting my into the calendar if I needed impromptu care. I highly suggest you work with them if you’ve looking for a chiro that doesn’t just treat the acute symptoms, but provides a more longterm sustainable approach!

I had been dealing with jaw tension, back pain, and sleep issues for YEARS when I found Dr. Granger & company two years ago. Not going to lie, I was skeptical because I've tried so many different treatments and their approach felt too good to be true, but NUCCA with Dr. Granger has helped me immensely. In addition to relief on the symptoms I mentioned above, my brain fog completely went away and I've felt way more physically balanced/coordinated overall. There are chiropractors (and even doctors) out there who just want to get you in and out, but every person at this office truly cares about their patients and helping them get better. Claire and everyone who works at the front desk are truly the best! 100% worth the drive up from Miami.

I was diagnosed with Meniere's disease, which can cause vertigo and tinnitus. After extensive research, I came across a post suggesting a potential link between Meniere's and neck issues. This led me to a website where Dr. Granger was highlighted as a knowledgeable specialist in Meniere's. I'm so glad I made an appointment—my symptoms have significantly improved! Thank Dr.

Although I travel quite a distance from Miami Shores, it’s absolutely worth it. The other doctors are wonderful as well; Dr Sexton and Dr. Garrison is exceptionally kind and patient, and Claire is amazing! Thank you all for your outstanding care. Side note, this is not your typical chiropractic office where they crack and bend you lol. For me its perfect because Im not a fan of that specific treatment.

I've been suffering from migraines for 2 years, and recently, out of no where, horrible back pain made its way in. I'm 22 years old, active, and have no history of back pain, so I never thought l'd find myself at a chiropractor.
The consultation process was amazing. I love how they take X-rays before proceeding, and present clear problems, solutions and answers. I was happy to hear that there might be a solution to my migraines that was not another pill.
I am about 2 months into treatment and I am beyond grateful my sister and I found this office. Everyone is extremely kind, knowledgeable and passionate with what they do. I believe I'm in the best hands. I'm still early on in my journey/recovery, but already feel relief!

I cannot thank Dr. G And the rest of the Thrive Spinal Care team for their care and attention to my condition. Three years later, I can see the difference in my symptoms and overall mobility. I am very thankful for my biweekly visits as I can see the difference even in the smallest daily tasks. I renewed my yearly care plan and very thankful I have this team to keep me going strong and healthy, especially after delivering my baby girl.
