He took the time to understand exactly what was going on, explained things in a way that made sense, and tailored a plan to get me moving again. Between the adjustments, mobility work, and specific exercises, I’ve felt a huge difference — not just less pain, but more freedom and control in my movement. I used to feel stiff and limited, especially during training, but now I’m finally able to roll more freely and confidently. Josh is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about your recovery. If you’re dealing with back pain, hip issues or anything that’s affecting your athletic performance, I can’t recommend him enough.
