Optimal Health & Dr. Adam has helped me tremendously, when I started going to them about 10 months ago they started a plan to get me standing correctly again. I was literally unable to stand or sit stright and after attending the adjustments and working there plan out I am now about 95% better then when I started. I appreciate everything the entire staff has done for me I can't thank then enough.. would 100% recommend them for small adjustments all the way up to more serious issues like I was facing.

I dealt with lower back/sciatica pain for years (hard to say how long exactly - at least 5), and for the most part, I just accepted it as inevitable. But my last bad bout with it was the final straw, so I reached out to Optimal Health and they were able to get me in and on a treatment plan very quickly. I’m in my fifth week of treatment, and the pain has *significantly* diminished, which I think is a testament to how effective chiropractic care is (5 weeks of treatment vs. literal years of pain). All of the staff and doctors are incredibly friendly, and they get you in, taken care of, and on your way fast. Highly recommend!
