After seeing a plethora of chiropractors in town, I decided to give InTouch a try since I was interested in doing spinal decompression. They have a lovely office and amazing staff, and I really appreciate the warm welcome that I receive from Amanda and Carolina when I arrive for my appointments. Dr. Tapia also shared some great nutrition tips and other ideas to help reset my circadian rhythm to help improve my sleep hygiene. I just started coming in August, but I'm hopeful that after I complete my series of treatments that I will have a decrease in my pain and improved sleep. I would definitely give them a try. I’ve been suffering with neck and shoulder pain for years. I’ve tried massages, acupuncture, physical therap and everything just gave me temporary relief or for a day. I knew when I met Dr, Young, that this is what I’ve been looking for. At the end of 20 weeks, I can honestly say that my chronic, daily pain is completely gone. The staff is incredibly friendly and they are always on time. Here, I felt like there was a complete understanding of my core issues and that they had a game plan to address those issues. You don’t find this level of care anywhere. I highly recommend!!

I’ve been getting spine decompression here for the last few months and it helped tremendously with easing the pain from my herniated disc, I had so much tension from the injury that I was taking muscle relaxers often. Along with adjustments and miracle of modern medicine I’ve gained about 80% normalcy back and the pain in my spine is gone, I’ll probably never be at 100% due to degenerative bone issues but the work they did gave me my freedom to take the dog out on walks without pain, beach and hiking days. Customer service is also amazing me and Grace had wonderful chats, both Dr Jeanett and Dr Young were very compassionate and attentive I highly recommend having them as part of anyone’s care team. Thank you Intouch for helping me get back on my feet ☺️
