Dr. Ryan was AMAZING! I came in with lower back and glute pain. In our first session he was thorough, explained everything in a simple and comprehensive way for me to understand, and was very calming. I instantly felt relief from the pain and even though I know one session won't fix it overnight, I have tools on how to manage the pain in the meantime.

Doctor Ryan was willing to spend time on the phone giving me advice before I had even booked with him... and after just one appointment, I am feeling so much back relief after straining it. He took his time explaining things and identifying the issue and even went over on time to get in extra work on my problem spots. He emailed me best stretches to complete daily and I can feel the difference. Highly recommend!!!
