From the second you walk in to the second you walk, everyone at Cafe of Life legitimately cares about you, your family, and you to truly heal. I came to Cafe of Life for my infant who had some intense gassiness. I now get postpartum adjusted as well! I cant tell you how much I've learned about my children and my own bodies and how to heal! I look forward to every visit!

I just went for my first prenatal massage at 36 weeks pregnant and my only regret is not booking sooner! Quinn was absolutely wonderful; she was kind, communicative, and really focused on my areas of tension. I'd strongly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a little pampering while pregnant.
