I’ve dealt with chronic pain for over 10 years due to poor posture and a couple of vehicle accidents. I’ve been to several chiropractic offices during that time, but none of them brought me real relief—until I found Action Spine & Joint in Nashville. Their team actually listened, pinpointed the root of my problems, and delivered results I didn’t think were possible. For the first time in years, I’m finally feeling like myself again. I have tried many chiropractors in Nashville, and Dr. Bearden is the only one who has diagnosed my needs and produced results at every appointment. He and his team are personable, professional, and effective.

Can’t say enough positive things about this practice! All of the staff is so kind and accommodating and Dr. Bearden takes the time to truly listen and care. I’ve been multiple times due to my lower back pain. While speaking to Dr. Bearden this past time, I explained my knee mobility issues I was having as well. He gave me multiple stretches/exercises to do and explained them to me. After a couple weeks of consistently doing those exercises, I have regained full mobility of my knee. I’m very thankful for the knowledge, service and experience I consistently receive!
